If you love beautiful brides, crazy fun bridal parties, adorable flower girls and all things sparkly, then you came to the right place!! My first wedding of the year is officially done and it was nothing short of amazing!! Mara looked absolutely stunning in her David’s Bridal wedding dress paired with her succulent and pink and white rose filled bouquet!
After getting ready with her bridesmaids at The Second Story, Mara headed to meet Kyle for their first look before the ceremony. I absolutely love shooting first looks because it allows more time for pictures and gives the bride and groom some much needed alone time together before the craziness of the day unfolds. I’m so glad we were able to do the first look, too, because soon after we finished pictures it started pouring! Lucky for us, it wasn’t until after we got inside for the ceremony. Despite a few guests getting a little wet, the ceremony, held at St. John’s Catholic Church, was so beautiful!
With it still raining after the ceremony, we headed back to our first location for some bridal party pictures since it was covered. By the time we got there it was only sprinkling - and it stopped raining all together shortly after! Talk about good timing!!
Next up on the agenda? Party time!! After we finished the bridal party images we headed to Founders Hall at Sauder’s Village for the reception for dinner, drinks and dancing! Congratulations to the brand new Mr. and Mrs. Etchen. I had so much fun celebrating with you guys! Here’s to the next 50+ years!!
